The circumstances of his death are not yet clear, but whatever drove Tony Scott, one half of the Scott Free duo, to end his own life it is a loss for filmmaking. Below is his first short film, about a confederate soldier during the American Civil War; not the kind of film he became known for, but ample display of his talent for storytelling nonetheless.
